Fully automated digital Rockwell hardness tester with closed-loop test force control, automatic Z-axis, large touchscreen LCD, USB data output, and support for all standard Rockwell and Superficial Rockwell hardness scales.
Model No. 900-442 is a newly designed fully automated digital Rockwell hardness tester.
The main features are as follows:
- Test force closed-loop control.
- Automatic tracking and testing — no test error caused by deformation of frame and/or workpiece.
- The Z-Axis moves up and down automatically, automatically applies preliminary test force.
- Selectable conversion charts based upon material per ASTM E140-12b(2019).
- Round part correction factor.
- Large touchscreen LCD display, menu operation, complete functions (data processing, hardness conversion between different hardness scales, etc.).
- Data output via USB flash drive.
- Precision follows guidelines for GB/T 230.2, ISO 6508-2 and ASTM E18.
