Phase II maintains a comprehensive inventory of all replacement parts including but not limited to “wearable” items such as impact devices, diamond styli, calibration fixtures, test blocks, etc.
Phase II will submit a quotation for a written / verbal approval prior to performing necessary repairs that will include cost for inspection, repair and calibration. A certificate of conformance will accompany all repairs.
Phase II provides fast dependable service for all Phase II and Time branded products. Our repairs are backed by a 90 day warranty on parts and labor.

All Portable Material Testing Instruments Manufactured For/By Phase II Shall Be Free From Defects In Material And Workmanship For A Period Of 1 Full Year From Date Of Purchase or as otherwise stated. Parts Found To Be Defective Shall Be Replaced Or Repaired At Phase II’s Sole Discretion. Products Found By Phase II To Be Misused, Abused Or Neglected Are Not Covered Under This Warranty. Parts Not Covered By This Warranty Are Normal Wear And Consumable Items Such As (But Not Limited To) Impact Balls, Impact Bodies, Impact Springs, Batteries, Diamond Stylus, Contact Probes, Etc. This Warranty Is Exclusive And In Lieu Of All Other Warranties Whether Written, Oral Or Implied, Including Any Implied Warranties Or Merchantability Or Fitness For A Particular Purpose.
In No Event Shall Phase II Be Liable For Any Incidental, Special Or Consequential Damages Of Any Nature. |
