$19.18 per hour |
| DUTIES: |
Maintain, repair and operate assorted gages, including unscrewing the test tip, inspecting the carbide ball cartridge, replacing the carbide ball within the cartridge. Replace defective CPU board by removing the old board and soldering a new board. Conduct numerous tests on certified test blocks making sure the gages are in acceptable tolerances. Make software adjustments if gage is out of tolerance to bring back to factory specifications. Inspect and calibrate every gage to all sales. |
| REQUIREMENTS: |
Associate’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in any field and two years experience as a gauge technician working with material testing instrumentation. |
