The PHASE II integrated Hardness Tester model # PHT-1320 utilizes state of the art micro-electronic technology. This uniquely designed pocket size instrument comes with a custom fitted carrying case and incorporates a Hardness impact probe, microprocessor and data display in a single, compact unit.
This unit is designed to test Case Hardened materials only!
The PHT-1320 is capable of automatically converting and displaying Hardness measurements into Leeb, Brinell, Vickers, Rockwell and Shore Hardness values. The impact direction can be set so that accurate values can be achieved at different angles. The instrument must be set down perpendicular to the measuring surface. Statistical mean value is automatically provided. Real time printing or batch printing is possible by means of the optional printer Model # MP-2100.
Comes complete with a test block, plastic fitted case, battery charger and instruction manual. |

SUPPORT RINGS
On curved surfaces having a radius of under 30mm, effective positioning on the work piece is facilitated by the use of support rings (set of 12). The appropriate ring is screwed on to the end of the impact device in place of the standard flat support ring. The set includes support rings suitable for bar/tube and grooves up to a radius of 11mm.
